The Challenge

I came onto the project after research had recently been conducted that the team was using to determine the direction of a digital program. My job was to test the designs that came out of the feedback from the original research.

The Process

Once designs were at a place to be shown to users, I conducted a validation test with the target demographic. There were three parts to the program and I tested them all to determine the value of each. I also tested a few elements of usability that the designers wanted to get user feedback on.

Outcomes

With the results of the test, I was able to recommend which of the three elements the team should prioritize because it had the most value for the users. For the other two, I was able to give recommendations to make them better for the users. I was also able to give usability feedback on the potential pain points that designers wanted feedback on, as well as any others that came up naturally as the users moved through the flow.
